Services from $750A Clarity at Home service is tailored to your individual needs, circumstances and goals. Following an initial conversation, I’ll recommend the most appropriate approach and provide a clear quotation based on the scope of work before we begin.A minimum six-hour engagement applies to hands-on services. Digital services and mentoring are priced according to the requirements of each engagement.

Access to your digital accounts may be required for some services, but you remain in control at all times. I will never ask you to disclose or share your passwords with me. Where access is required, I will guide you through the process and only access the information necessary to provide the agreed service.Your privacy and security are important to me. I will not connect my equipment to your devices, or install any software or services I recommend, without your express permission. Nothing will be changed, installed or accessed beyond what we have agreed together.

I’m committed to providing my services in a sustainable and responsible manner. Wherever possible, I seek to minimise environmental impact while creating positive outcomes for our local communities. To achieve this, I follow a three-point approach:ReuseI prioritise giving useful items a second life, partnering with recognised organisations such as Salvos for clothing and household items, and The Reconnect Project for digital devices.RecycleWhere items cannot be reused, I work with specialist partners such as ReSmart to ensure they are responsibly recycled. Through these channels, up to 98% of items can be diverted from landfill.Responsible DisposalFor items that cannot be reused or recycled, I use appropriate local disposal pathways wherever possible. Organic material can be directed through established local authority FOGO (Food Organics and Garden Organics) services, and where appropriate, I can recommend in-situ solutions that avoid disposal altogether.
